1. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to sell in your country to become a FairLoot seller. You declare this when you register as a seller. This declaration is not proof of age; FairLoot may ask for additional age or identity verification through a trusted provider where the law, our payment partners or our risk checks require it.
2. What happens if eligibility changes
If you withdraw your declaration, or your eligibility is questioned, selling is paused: your listings are unpublished and new orders and payouts are held until the matter is resolved.
3. Account requirements
Sellers must have a verified email address and an account in good standing.
4. Records we keep
We record that you made the declaration, when you made it and which version of these terms applied. We do not collect identity documents unless a verification is genuinely required.
